Services

Sessions: I currently offer in-person (in inner-SE Portland) and telehealth appointments. I am licensed in the state of Oregon.

Specializations: I specialize in anxiety, depression, past trauma, navigating relationships and parenting, but I welcome you to reach out for anything you are going through.

Self-pay Fees: I offer a price of $130 for same day pay. I accept credit card and cash/check payments. I reserve a limited number of spaces in my practice for clients experiencing economic hardship through Open Path.

Anxiety

If you are struggling with anxiety, I invite you to explore your experiences and challenges in a safe, supportive environment. My practice is rooted in recognizing your unique strengths and resilience, helping you connect to these strengths and overcoming the grip anxiety has on your life.

You deserve relief.

Trauma

Together, we will develop strategies and coping mechanisms that empower you to break free from past trauma and (re)discover your sense of purpose and joy. Life can be hard, let’s meet and create a new story going forward.

Healing is possible.

Parenting

I know there are many things that come up for parents as you care for children, whether that be your own childhood experiences, current relational struggles and fears and doubt. I will walk alongside you in your journey.

You deserve support.

I understand the rollercoaster of emotions that parenthood can bring. As a former pediatric sleep consultant, positive parenting educator, with specialized training in postpartum anxiety, rage and burnout, and a licensed school social worker, I have worn multiple hats, just like you. And, I’m a parent, too, so I may understand in ways others can’t- the joys, the challenges and those moments when things fall apart. Together, we can navigate this time of parenting with honesty, humor, and a whole lot of heart.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
